EducationWashington University in St. Louis - B.A., Anthropology, Spanish
ExperienceI have had the privilege of traveling all across the globe and visiting some truly spectacular locations, all the while doing what I love most: teaching. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Spanish with a minor in Applied Linguistics from Washington University in St. Louis. After graduation, I have been amassing teaching experience in all sorts of situations. Until recently, I volunteered with the Peace Corps in Africa, teaching biology, entrepreneurship, and English in high schools throughout Mozambique and Cape Verde. I also took the initiative to create a Theater Club in these areas to help make learning English fun. I have also worked in Chilean high schools. In addition, I have taught Spanish while at Washington University in college-level subsection classes. My specialties are teaching Spanish and English to students of all ages and levels, but I truly enjoy preparing my students for the SAT and LSAT. I also have extensive experience teaching students the concepts of proper job search techniques, career planning, and writing. I am in the process of applying to various law schools and hope to one day work in the area of public interest law.
