In May, 2015, I graduated from Augsburg College with a B.S. Chemistry (4.0) and B.A. International Relations (4.0). I studied abroad at the University of Oslo, Norway where I took courses in International politics and Peace Research. As a Chemistry major I worked as a Research Assistant in Air Chemistry research. I was also active in the Model United Nations program, in which I served as a Head Delegate and Teaching Assistant for three years.
Experience
I have an extensive experience working with students (middle school, high school and college students). I worked as a Teaching Assistant For the General Chemistry course at my school for two years, and also co-taught an accelerated high school Chemistry course through a summer program with Johns Hopkins University (Center for Talented Youth). This summer I co-taught an International Relations course at Stanford University. I greatly enjoy working with students of all ages, and guiding them through the learning process.

Hobbies
I love reading books, watching the news, working out and playing musical instruments. I love learning about the world so I often read the NY times, the Economist, the Guardian etc. I play acoustic guitar and basic piano (currently working on polishing my piano skills). I also love to travel, I have done some traveling in Scandinavia and southern Europe and hope to travel some more in the future!
