While improving test scores is an important benchmark for success, I try to work with students on long-term success, not just short-term rewards. I want my students to understand the whole academic picture, including reasoning and logic. I work with students with many different and difficult subjects, including anatomy, biology, chemistry, physics, literature, essay writing, grammar and mechanics, history, social studies, social sciences, and religious studies. More importantly, I help students who need study skills and organization work toward their goals. I can also help those preparing for the SAT, PSAT, SSAT, MCAT, and Advanced Placement testing. Working to attain high scores on college entrance exams for undergraduate and graduate school is extremely important to long-term success, but I also help students with resume writing, college admissions essays, and interview presentation. In order to succeed, students must work hard! I have worked with a wide range of students preparing for college on their last high school classes and the college admissions process. I earned my bachelor's degree at the University of Albany, and my master's degree at Tufts University School of Medicine, so I am very familiar with the hard work that is necessary to get into and graduate from great schools! In my spare time, I enjoy reading and exercising.
